Catskill
DWI: Daniel R. Pilatich, 19, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:24 a.m. Saturday and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08percent and drunken driving. Pilatich was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Durham
Rape: Conor T. Moan, 19, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:08 p.m. Friday and charged with the felony of rape by an actor over the age of 18and a victim under the age of 15, and with the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child. Moan was released with a ticket for Durham Town Court.
Saugerties
Endangering/obstruction of governmental administration: Carlos Aquilar-Maradiaga, 28, of 166Partition St., Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police Saturday and charged with two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration and criminal mischief, and the violation of harassment. Aquilar-Maradiaga’s arrest followed a domestic incident in the presence of the victim’s children. Aquilar-Maradiaga was released with a ticket for Saugerties Village Court and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
Marbletown
Endangering: Eric VanLeuven, 32, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 7 p.m. Thursday and charged with the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child. VanLeuven’s arrest followed a report of a missing 2-year-old from a residence in Marbletown. Deputies found the child a short time later in the middle of the road about one half mile from the residence. The child was uninjured and was returned to the residence. VanLeuven was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500bail.
Wawarsing
DWI: Samantha P. Grassi, 26, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:30a.m. Saturday on Berme Road and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent and drunken driving, and with the infraction of moving from lane unsafely. Grassi was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
