Catskill

· Drugs: Justin M. Sisto, 30, and Joshua B. Wells, 22, both of Catskill, were charged at about 1:40 a.m. Wednesday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. Sisto was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, police said. They were arrested on West Bridge Street in Catskill, police said.

Ellenville

· False personation: Daijon A. Williams, 21, of Ellenville, was charged Tuesday with false personation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor Vehicle, misdemeanors, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. At about 1 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle that Williams was driving on Hauschild Street in Ellenville for a traffic violation. Williams provided deputies with a false name to avoid being arrested for driving with a suspended license, deputies said. Williams was issued an appearance ticket, deputies said.

New Paltz

· Drugs: Melissa A. Van Vlack, 29, of Newburgh, was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to state police Highland. She was arrested on Mohonk Avenue in New Paltz and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
