Cairo
· Falsifying business records: Ernest R. Beaudet, 61, of Selkirk, was arrested by state police at Catskill at state police barracks, 78 McLaren Road Ext., at 9:24 p.m. Monday and was charged with the felony of falsifying business records and the misdemeanor of petit larceny. Beaudet was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Hyde Park
·DWI: Nicholas Trulsson, 29, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck on Saturday during a traffic stop on Saint Andrews Road and charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Trulsson was driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.09 percent, state police said. He was released with a ticket for Hyde Park Town Court.
Kerhonkson
· DWI/drugs: Thomas M. Fox, 29, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Ellenville at 12 a.m. Sunday and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance and aggravated drunken driving. Fox was released with a ticket for Kerhonkson Town Court.
Lloyd
· Aggravated unlicensed driving: Wardell Jackson, 54, of Ellenville, was arrested by Lloyd police on Saturday after a traffic stop for traffic violations on U.S. Route 9W in Highland and was charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
Saugerties
· Obstruction of governmental administration: Devin A. Munoz, 21, of Main Street, Germantown, was arrested by Saugerties police on Sunday at the Pig Bar and Grill on Partition Street in the village following a report that four subjects were refusing to leave the establishment. Munoz was charged with the misdemeanors of trespassing, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Police said Munoz refused to leave the bar, fought with officers, refused to comply with their requests or identify himself. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail and released by court order.
· Public lewdness: Dyron K. Green, 39, of O’Neil Street, Kingston, was arrested by Saugerties police Monday subsequent to an investigation that began May 21 and was charged with the misdemeanor of public lewdness. On May 21, Green is accused of leaving a vehicle on West Bridge Street and exposing himself to a female resident while he was urinating on her front lawn. Green was released with a ticket for Saugerties Village Court.
Taghkanic
·DWI: Stephen C. Dachs, 20, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Livingston on Saturday during a traffic stop on county Route 15 and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Dachs was driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.13 percent. He was released with a ticket for Taghkanic Town Court.
