Coxsackie
• DWI: Debra A. Masters, 52, of New Baltimore, was arrested by state police at Catskill on U.S. Route 9W at 3:25 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Masters was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Durham
• DWI: Ronald G. Smith, 47, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:10 a.m. Sunday on county Route 67 at Decker Lane on charges of aggravated unlicensed operation (alcohol), a felony; and drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Smith was held pending arraignment.
Greenville
• DWI: Or Kelman, 35, of Long Island City, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:39 p.m. Saturday on charges of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Kelman was released pending a court appearance.
Plattekill
• Drugs/DWAI: Issa Al Saidi, 25, of Staten Island, and Dhiah G. Assaedy, 23, of Brooklyn, were arrested by state police at Highland at 1:10 a.m. and 1:34 a.m. Sunday at milepost 70 north on the New York State Thruway on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance (10 grams of a stimulant) and possession and transport of 30,000 or more unstamped cigarettes, both felonies. Al Saidi was additionally charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Saidi was held pending arraignment; Assaedy’s status was unavailable.
• Drugs: Donnell A. Tucker, 32, of Schenectady, and Kean M. Odom, 30, of Jamaica, and were arrested by state police at Highland at 10:35 p.m. and 10:40 p.m. Saturday at milepost 69 north on the New York State Thruway on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotics) and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies; two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), all misdemeanors. Odom was additionally charged with unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Both were held pending arraignment.
Red Hook
• Contempt: Henri E. Martin, 75, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 129 Orlich Road at 3:20 p.m. Saturday on charges of criminal contempt and criminal mischief (intent to damage property), both misdemeanors, and harassment, a violation. Martin was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court. • DWI: Robert J. Ruscillo, 26, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 7738 Albany Post Road at 4;02 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Ruscillo was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
Rosendale
• DWI: Robert T. O’Brien, 57, of Gardiner, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:27 p.m. Saturday on state Route 32 on felony charges of aggravated drunken driving with child (prior conviction), drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was also issued a traffic ticket for no or insufficient tail lights and failure to keep to right. O’Brien was released with an appearance ticket for Rosendale Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Leo T. Clark, 23, of Rome, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:15 p.m. Saturday on Washington Avenue on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Clark was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
• DWI: Marco A. Ochoa, 22, and Michael L. Soechting, 20, both of Kingston, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:43 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 209 on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Ochoa was also issued a traffic ticket for illegal signal while parked. Soechting was held pending arraignment. Further information on Ochoa’s status was unavailable.
