Catskill

• Rape: Marwan Al Naqeb, 18, of Catskill, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. Saturday by Catskill village police on felony charges of rape and criminal sexual act. He was also charged with forcible touching, a misdemeano­r. Al Naqeb was arraigned and sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Further informatio­n was not immediatel­y available.

• Drugs: Jillian N. Nasalga, 30, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill village police at 6:11 a.m. Saturday on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies, and drunken driving, a misdemeano­r. She was arraigned and sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.

• Drugs: Catherine V. Scott, 36, of Hudson, was arrested by Catskill village police at 2:35 p.m. Thursday on Maple Avenue on misdemeano­r charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving. She was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Village Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Amanda S. Coddington, 41, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:36 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 at the Mid-Hudson Bridge on charges of drunken driving, a misdemeano­r, and failure to use designated lane, an infraction. She was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Marbletown

• Drugs: An 18-year-old female from Kingston was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:25 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 209 on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeano­rs, and one count of possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released with tickets to appear in Marbletown Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Renny Noel, 29, of Beacon, was arrested Saturday morning on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving, as well as vehicle and traffic violations, Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said. Deputies said Noel was arrested following a traffic stop at about 3:30 a.m. on state Route 208. He was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Plattekill

• Drugs: An 18-year-old male from Plattekill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:40 p.m. Sunday on state Route 32 on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of marijuana, all misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets to appear in Plattekill Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Marianna V. Popovych, 21, of Clifton, N.J., was arrested Sunday morning on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving, as well as vehicle and traffic violations, Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said. Deputies said Popovych was arrested following a traffic stop at about 3 a.m. on U.S. Route 209. She was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
