Teresa “Terri” L. Quick, 58, of Connelly, passed peacefully Friday evening, Sept. 8, 2017, at HealthAlli­ance Hospital, Broadway Campus, Kingston, after a three-year battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Nov. 17, 1958, in Kingston, the daughter of the late Lois Hill and Edward McKinley.

Terri was the wife of Charles A. Quick; they wed on Sept. 30, 1978.

She was a graduate of Rondout Valley High School, class of 1976, and had attended SUNY Ulster. Terri loved playing bingo and lotto, following NASCAR, was a special fan of Jeff Gordon and was an avid New York Giants fan.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Jennie Cahill and her wife Bobbie Joe, Lori Quick and her significan­t other, Dave Freeland, Heather Quick and her fiancé Chris Novotny, and Tiffine Artuz and her wife Candace; a sister, Charlene Brown and her husband Lawrence Brown Jr.; her uncle, Dale Spalt; a brother-inlaw, Mike Quick and his wife Pam; her motherin-law, Janet Quick; and many grandchild­ren and two great-grandchild­ren.

Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen, the family will receive their friends on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. The service will be at 7 p.m.

The family suggests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 121 Executive Drive, New Windsor, N.Y. 12553.
