The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

Coxsackie

• Obstructing: Brittany L. Wood, 29, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Tammy Trail at 4:24 p.m. Friday on misdemeanor charges of obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, criminal trespass (enclosed property), violating probation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Wood was held pending arraignment.

• DWI: Emily Zini, 21, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:30 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W at Flint Mine Road on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent. She was also issued a speeding ticket. Zini was released with an appearance ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Hindering prosecution: Richard D. Dana, 54, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:20 a.m. Friday at the state police at Wawarsing barracks at 6721 U.S. Route 209on a felony charge of hindering prosecution. Dana was released with an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.

Windham

• DWI: Yuri A. Beissel, 62, of Westbury, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on state Route 296at 1:15 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving, aggravated drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent. Further information was unavailable.
