Athens

· DWI: Kathleen A. Anderson, 42, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on U.S. Route 9W in Athens at 10:18 p.m. Sunday and charged with the misdemeano­rs of drunken driving and driving while intoxicate­d by alcohol or drugs and with the infraction­s of no inspection sticker and failing to keep right. Anderson was released with a ticket for Athens Town Court.

Cairo

· Aggravated unlicensed

driving: Cory G. Cramer, 19, of Stottville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:12 p.m. Sunday on state Route 32 in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony. Cramer’s status was unavailabl­e.

Hyde Park

· Burglary/possession of

stolen property: John E. Dekoskie, 53, of Poughkeeps­ie, and Caitlin S. Decasare, 20, of Hyde Park, were arrested by Hyde Park police on Sunday in connection with multiple commercial break-ins over the past few weeks in the town. At about 4:30 a.m. Sunday, police received reports of a commercial burglar alarm activation at the Dollar General at 1049 Violet Ave. Police arrived to find the perpetrato­rs had fled the scene. Dutchess County Sheriff’s deputies and town of Poughkeeps­ie police assisted and Dekoskie and Decesare, a passenger in his care, were arrested. Dekoskie was charged with the felony of burglary. Decesare was charged with misdemeano­r possession of stolen property. Dekoskie was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. Decesare was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Catskill

· Shopliftin­g: Jessica Coon, 34, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 8:32 p.m. Friday at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. Coon was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· DWI: Kenneth J. Gorman, 33, of Hudson, was arrested by Catskill police at 3:37 a.m. Saturday on Water Street and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.18 percent and drunken driving. Gorman was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.
