Esopus
• Obstructing: Gabrielle M. Gesner, 20, of Port Jervis, was arrested by Thruway state police at 8:45 a.m. Saturday on the New York State Thruway southbound at milepost 81 on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing of governmental administration. Gesner was being held in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable.
Durham
• DWI: Steven Lenseth, 61, of Ashland, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:38 p.m. Saturday on county Route 20 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Lenseth was released with tickets for Durham Town Court.
Hunter
• DWI: Jack G. Jolly, 58, of East Windsor, New Jersey, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:30 a.m. Sunday on Ski Bowl Road on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Jolly was released with tickets for Hunter Town Court.
Lloyd
• Weapons: Dwayne H. Milburn, 21, of Washingtonville, was arrested by state police at Highland on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 at 2:40 a.m. Sunday on charges of criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Milburn was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
• Drugs: Scott P. McGuinness, 21, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Highland on Plattekill Avenue at 11:24 p.m. Saturday on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. McGuinness was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
Rosendale
• DWI: Jentel L. Brodhead, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:13 a.m. Sunday on state Route 32 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and aggravated unlicensed operation. Brodhead was also ticketed for crossing road hazard markings. Brodhead was released with tickets for Rosendale Town Court.
