On the move
Peter Contrady, of Kingston, N.Y., has joined MOST Physical Therapy as athletic trainer for Rhinebeck High School.
A 2009 graduate of Kingston High School and 2013 graduate of Springfield College, Contrady worked previously with professional athletes on rehab assignments for The Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team.
MOST Physical Therapy has locations in Rhinebeck, Hopewell Junction, and Millbrook.
••• Edward DeCicco Jr. has been promoted to corrections lieutenant by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office.
He graduated from Kingston High School and Ulster County BOCES, specializing in carpentry, in 1987. He began his career with the Sheriff’s Office as a part-time corrections officer in 1994 and became a full-time officer in 1997. He has worked as an intake officer, field training officer, and a member of the Corrections Emergency Response Team.
He was promoted to corporal in August 1999. He has been kitchen and intake supervisor and in February 2007 helped coordinate the transfer to the new Ulster County Law Enforcement Center. In 2009-10 he was backup scheduling coordinator and became full-time coordinator in 2011. In 2016, DeCicco became a general topics instructor.
