City of Kingston

• DWI: Henry A. Kester, 27, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:08 a.m. Friday on Joys Lane and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Kester was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Rae L. Roberts, 34, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:56 a.m. Friday at Ricky Cramer Babe Ruth Field in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Roberts was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

• Drugs: Ashley R. Steenburn, 30, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 4 a.m. Friday on West Bridge Street in the village and was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and use of drug parapherna­lia, all misdemeano­rs, and having a controlled substance in non-original container, a violation. Steenburn was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

Town of Kingston

• DWI: Alba-Reyes L. Maria, 46, of Massapequa, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:25 p.m. Thursday on state Route 28 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and with the infraction of crossing road hazard markings. Maria was released with a ticket for Kingston Town Court.

Lloyd

• Endangerin­g: Austin J. Pagano, 21, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:04 p.m. Thursday at the state police barracks at 212 state Route 299 and was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and resisting arrest, both misdemeano­rs. Pagano was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• Forgery/DWI: William P. Ryder, 20, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:55 a.m. Friday on state Route 32 and was charged with forgery of an official document, a felony; resisting arrest, driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, all misdemeano­rs; and the infraction­s of failing to use designated lane and crossing road hazard markings. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Plattekill

• DWI: Malachy S. Meechan, 49, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:22 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and the infraction­s of inadequate/no stop lamp. Meechan was released with a ticket for Plattekill Town Court.
