Livingston
• Grand larceny: Robert M. Dauley, 45, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 9 in Livingston and charged with grand larceny, a felony. Dauley was sent to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of bail. Additional information was unavailable.
Lloyd
• Assault: An 18-year-old male was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:20
p.m. Tuesday at the Highland Residential Center, 629 N. Chodikee Lake Road, and charged with felony assault. The 18-year-old remains in custody. The 18-year-old was not identified by police because of his age and additional information was unavailable.
Saugerties
• Criminal contempt: Pedro J. Rivera, 33, of 260 Clinton Ave., Kingston, was arrested by Saugerties police on Tuesday at the Boys and Girls Club, Partition Street, and charged with the felony of criminal contempt of court for violating an order of protection issued in 2017 by Saugerties Village Court by entering the Boys and Girls Club. Rivera was
sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
• DWI/unlicensed driving: Keir Cashen, 47, of 1101 Kings Highway, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 1;24 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 212 in the town and charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving and with the misdemeanor of aggravated drunken driving with blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.28 percent, more than three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent. Cashen was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Criminal contempt/ aggravated family offense: Aaron S. Snyder, 25, of Saugerties, and Elijah J. Cabrera, 25, of Lake Katrine, were arrested by town of Ulster police at 8:41 p.m. Sunday. Their arrests followed a domestic dispute. Snyder was charged with the felonies of criminal contempt and unlawful imprisonment and Cabrera was charged with the felony of unlawful imprisonment and the misdemeanor of obstructing governmental administration. Snyder was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail and Cabrera was jailed in lieu of $7,500 bail.
