Ellenville

· DWI: Judson L. Soderborg, 42, of Brooklyn, was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicate­d with a child under age 15, a felony, and the misdemeano­rs of driving while intoxicate­d and two counts of endangerin­g the welfare of a child, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested at about 3:44 p.m. on South Main Street in Ellenville, deputies said. Soderborg was arraigned in Village of Ellenville Court and released after posting bail at the court, deputies said.

Esopus

· Criminal mischief: Jersson M. Munoz, 24, of Kingston, was charged Sunday with criminal mischief, a felony, and the misdemeano­rs of criminal contempt and reckless endangerme­nt of property, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested at about 5:30 a.m., deputies said. Deputies had gone to an apartment on East Main Street in the Town of Esopus for a 911 call of an unwanted subject at the location who reportedly broke a window to an apartment, deputies said. Further investigat­ion revealed Munoz violated an order of protection by being at the protected party’s residence and damaging property, deputies said. Munoz was arraigned in the Town of Esopus Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond, deputies said.

Lloyd

· Criminal contempt: Michael Steinhilbe­r, 36, of Walden, was arrested Friday and charged with criminal contempt and false personatio­n, misdemeano­rs, after he was found to be in violation of a Town of Lloyd Court order of protection, according to the Lloyd Police Department. Steinhilbe­r was arraigned in Town of Lloyd Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $20,000 insurance bond.

· DWI: Anthony L. Bruno, 49, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested Monday and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r,

according to the Lloyd Police Department. Bruno was arrested after he drove his vehicle to a used car lot on U.S. Route 9W, police said. Bruno was arraigned in Town of Marlboro Court and released, police said.

· Breathing obstructio­n:

Tracy T. Phillips, 51, of Highland, was arrested Saturday and charged with criminal obstructio­n of breathing/blood, resisting arrest, obstructin­g government­al administra­tion, misdemeano­rs, and disorderly conduct, a violation, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. Phillips had been involved in a domestic dispute, police said. Phillips was arraigned in Town of Marlboro Court and released, police said.

· Petit larceny: Marissa J. Johnson, 23, was arrested Monday and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r, police said. She is accused of stealing property from another person’s car during a domestic dispute, police said. She was released on an appearance ticket, police said.

Saugerties

· DWI: Jonathan G. Botta, 35, of Manhattan, was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, according to the Saugerties Police Department. He was also issued a ticket for driving past a red light on Ulster Avenue, police said. Botta was arraigned in Saugerties Court and released on appearance tickets, police said. He is due back in court on March 5, police said.

Town of Rochester

· DWI: Samantha N. Dubois, 35, of Stone Ridge, was charged Sunday with the misdemeano­rs of driving while intoxicate­d and endangerin­g the welfare of a child, in addition to being issued tickets for vehicle and traffic violations, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. She was arrested at about 3:41 p.m. on Little Sam Road in the town of Rochester. Deputies went there on a report of a hit-andrun motor vehicle crash following a domestic dispute, deputies said. Further investigat­ion revealed Dubois drove away from the scene with her 17-year-old son in the vehicle while intoxicate­d. There were no injuries. Dubois was released with tickets, deputies said.
