City of Kingston

• DWI: Frances S. Ector, 29, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:59 a.m. Saturday on Fair Street on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. She was released with a ticket to appear in Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Deshong A. Roach, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:57 a.m. Saturday on West Strand on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Matthew T. Quedens, 31, of Islip, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1 a.m. Saturday on county Route 23B on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Michael J. Beers, 23, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:07 p.m. Friday on county Route 23B on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: James E. Dugan, 29, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3 a.m. Saturday on Depot Street on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.

Esopus

• DWI: Jessika Armetta, 29, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:45 a.m. Saturday on state Route 32 on charges of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Leon D. Waite, 20, of Hopewell Junction, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:56 a.m. Saturday on state Route 208 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving, aggravated unlicensed driving and resisting arrest. He was also charged with the violation of possession of marijuana and the infraction of refusal to take a breath test. Waite was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.
