Anna Rose Gray of Accord graduated, cum laude, from the State University of New York College at Plattsburg­h, with a master’s degree in childhood education/special education.

She was the co-president of Kappa Delta Pi, the internatio­nal honor society in education. She also made the dean’s list seven times. She will start as a preschool teacher in Kingston in the fall. A Rondout Valley High School graduate, she is the daughter of Paul and Susan Gray.

••• Elana Kellerhous­e of Rosendale, a student at the State University of New York at New Paltz, performed as part of the world premiere performanc­e of Susie Ibarra’s “Talking Gong,” for flute, percussion and piano at Studley Theatre on the SUNY New Paltz campus on March 10.

Ibarra is a composer and percussion­ist and a major figure in the New York City jazz and experiment­al music community.
