Coxsackie
· DWI/aggravated unlicensed driving: John Chancellor, 35, of Orlando, Fla., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:15 p.m. Monday at the Coxsackie Town Court, Mansion Street, and charged with the felonies of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving, the misdemeanor of criminal mischief to property valued at more than $250 (three counts), and the infractions of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failing to keep right and speeding. Chancellor was sent to the Greene County Jail. Additional information was unavailable.
Red Hook
· DWI: Shane M. Mobley, 27, of Elizaville, was arrested by Red Hook police at 10:25 p.m. Thursday on North Broadway in the village and charged with two misdemeanor counts of drunken driving. Mobley was released with appearance tickets for Red Hook Village Court.
· Drugs: Jessica L. Eaton, 27, of Torrington, Conn., was arrested by Red Hook police at 11 a.m. Sunday on East Market Street in the village and charged with the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Eaton was released with appearance tickets for Red Hook Village Court.
· Drugs: Lynn M. Maryon, 46, of Hudson, was arrested by Red Hook police at 1:30 p.m. Sunday on state Route 9G in the town and charged with possession of a controlled substance (prescription medication) and the violation of possession of marijuana. Maryon was released with appearance tickets for Red Hook town Court.
Town of Ulster
· Weapon: John C. Debellis, 30, of Copperas Cove, Texas, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 7 p.m. Monday on U.S. Route 9W in the hamlet of Lake Katrine in the town and charged with the misdemeanor of possession of a weapon (switchblade knife) and the violation of possession of marijuana. Debellis was stopped for a traffic violation. He was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
