Kingston wins, moves over .500
Natalie Cook shot a 53, as Kingston High moved above the .500 mark in Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association girls golf with a 161-188 win over Washingtonville at Wiltwyck Golf Club.
Ella Heidecker and Brianna Beyersdorfer each carded a 54 for the (5-4) Tigers.
Kiera Dillon earned medalist honors with a 46 for the (1-10) Wizards, followed by Sofia Sorenson (69) and Alyssa Columbo (73). Ellenville wins twice
At Ellenville, Julie Stephens earned medalist honors, carding a 49 to lead the Devils past Highland and Dover at Shawangunk Country Club.
Ellenville totaled 161, with the Huskies shooting 180. The Dragons followed with a 196. Highland and Dover did not face each other in the match.
Camryn Hoar shot 54 for the (7-3 overall, 5-3 OCIAA) Devils, with Julia Connor carding a 58.
Devan Cooper led (1-8, 0-7) Highland with a 59, with Mackenzie Mason (60) and Kylie VanZandt (61) rounding the Huskies’ scorers.
