The following items are based on informatio­n provided by officials in law enforcemen­t and the criminal justice system.

Cairo • Burglary:

Laura Carlsen, 19, Zian Carlsen, 19, both of South Cairo, and an 18-year-old Cairo female were arrested Saturday by state police at Catskill at the state police barracks at 78R McLaren Road Extension and were each charged with one felony count of burglary (illegal entry with intent). Laura Carlsen was arrested at 1:46 p.m., the 18-year-old girl at 5:24 p.m. and Zian Carlsen was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Laura Carlsen was held pending arraignmen­t, while Zian Carlsen and the 18-year-old were released pending a court appearance.

Catskill • Drugs:

Kelly J. Hall, 60, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:22 p.m., Saturday at the New York state Thruway, Exit 21, tollbooths on misdemeano­r charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Hall was released with appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Gardiner •DWI:

Marie A. Destefano, 22, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:14 a.m. Sunday on state Route 32 on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Destefano was released to a third party pending a court appearance.

Rosendale •DWI:

Fernando Flores, 46, of Tillson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:59 a.m. Sunday on state Route 32 on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued traffic tickets for failure to keep right on a two-lane road. Flores was released with tickets for Rosendale Town Court.
