Coxsackie
• Criminal Mischief: Daniel W. Paquin, 52, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:52 p.m. Saturday at the state police at Coxsackie barracks and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief with intent to damage property. Paquin was released with an appearance ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
Greenville
• Assault: Tara. M. Nelsen, 47, of Freehold, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:17 p.m. Saturday on misdemeanor charges of assault and criminal mischief (intent to damage property). Further information was unavailable.
Hunter
• Drugs: John M. Roeder, 27, of Lake Worth, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:15 p.m. Saturday on felony charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogenic substance) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogenic substance greater than five grams). He was also charged with unlawful marijuana possession. Further information was unavailable.
• DWI: Nathalie B. Matz, 50, of Windham, was arrested by state police at 11:15 p.m. Saturday on state Route 296 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration. She was also issued traffic tickets for failure to use designated lane and refusal to take breath test. Further information was unavailable.
• DWI: Carrie L. England, 56, of Winchester, Virginia, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:02 a.m. Sunday on state Route 23A East on a misdemeanor drunken driving charge. She was also issued a traffic ticket for an equipment violation (failure to dim lights). England was held pending arraignment.

• DWI: Debra A. Bell, 27, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:27 a.m. Sunday on state Route 299 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. She was also issued tickets for operating a motor vehicle without and inspection certificate and moving from lane unsafely. Bell was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
