Town of Ulster
• Grand larceny: Natasha H. Ruiz, 31, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:55 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 10, at the state police barracks at 1791 U.S. Route 209, and was charged with grand larceny, a felony, and issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
Catskill
• Theft: Star C. Clark, 34, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:08 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at 1147 state Route 23B and was charged with burglary and grand larceny, both felonies, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. She was jailed in lieu of bail pending a further court appearance.
Lloyd
• Drugs : Breanna M. Calise, 27, of Wappinger, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, on Tillson Avenue and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
• DWI: Cynthia H. Esposito, 46, of Shenorock, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, and charged with felony drunken driving, misdemeanor drunken driving and a moving violation following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. She was released pending an appearance in Lloyd Town Court.
• Drugs: Gregory F. Kolber, 23, Borim Husenaj, 23, Carl A. McClean, 22, and Ryan M. Blakley, 23, all of Highland, were arrested at 11 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 10, following a traffic stop on Mile Mill Road. They were each charged with one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container. McClean was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and Blakley was charged with a second count of felony possession of a controlled substance. They were all held pending further proceedings.
• DWI: Celine S. Gonzalez, 20, of Poughquag, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, along with numerous vehicle and traffic violations, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. She was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
