City of Kingston

• Forgery: Janet E. McStay, 39, address unavailable, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:35 p.m. Saturday on Main Street on charges of forgery of an official document, a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was also issued tickets for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered vehicle. Further information was unavailable.

• Drugs: Nicholas C. Pantoni, 29, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:35 p.m. Saturday on Main Street on misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Pantoni was held pending arraignment.

• DWI: Kristin M. Bensen, 21, of East Durham, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:38 a.m. Sunday at East Chester and Lincoln streets on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Bensen was also issued traffic tickets for failure to dim lights, failure to keep right on a two-lane road and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. Bensen was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• DWI: Sonjia L. Ashley, 48, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:44 a.m. Sunday on Waterclove Road on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving (no prior offense). Ashley was released with an appearance ticket for Cairo Town Court.

Catskill

• Drugs: Jordan D. Buno, 29, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:33 p.m. Saturday on Deer Lane on misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. Buno was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Justin M. Saul, 23, of Jefferson Heights, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:31 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 9W on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Saul was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Coxsackie

• Reckless endangerment: Unigue K. Kennedy, 34, of Schenectady, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:42 a.m. Sunday at the New York State Department of Corrections’ Greene Correctional Facility, 165 Plank Road, on misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment and introducing contraband into prison. She was also charged with violating the state sanitary code. Further information was unavailable.

Durham

• DWI: Scott F. Kocijanksi, 49, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:58 p.m. Saturday on state Route 145 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Kocijanski was released with an appearance ticket for Durham Town Court.

Lloyd

• Unlicensed operation: Gina M. Wood, 44, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:55 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W at Tillson Avenue on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. Wood was released pending a court appearance.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Jason Davila, 38, of Bloomingburg, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:40 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 209 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Davila was released with appearance tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
