Edwin Sánchez to read at SUNY New Paltz
WHAT: Reading by awardwinning playwright Edwin Sánchez WHEN: Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 7 p.m.
WHERE: Lecture Center 104, SUNY New Paltz, 1 Hawk Drive, New Paltz
DETAILS: Winner of the National Latino Playwriting Award for La Bella Familia, his other award-winning works include “The Merit System,” “Unmerciful Good Fortune,” “Icarus,” “I’ll Take Romance,” “Clean,” “Barefoot Boys with Shoes On,” and “Repertorio Español.” His first novel, “Diary of a Puerto Rican Demigod,” came out in 2015. A book signing will follow. The event is free and open to the public.
