Kingston
Drugs: Valen J. Coscarella, 35, of Kingston, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop by state police at Ulster on North Front Street. He was issued tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Cairo DWI, drugs, weapons:
Raymond E. Lang, 63, of Round Top, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19 and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving, driving with a blood alcohol content more than .08 percent, possession of a controlled substance and weapons possession, following a traffic stop by state police at Catskill at 1103 Heart’s Content Road. He was issued an appearance ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Plattekill
DWAI-drugs: John J. Hatch, 36, of Kingston, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20 and charged with misdemeanor driving while under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop by state police at Highland on state Route 32. He was issued tickets to appear in Plattekill Town Court.
Saugerties
Contempt, criminal mischief: Kyle Taylor, 21, of 32 Valk Road, in Saugerties was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18, and charged with felonies of contempt of court and criminal mischief as well as criminal mischief following a domestic dispute during which he allegedly caused extensive damage to the victim’s motor vehicle. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
Wawarsing
DWI: Kristen E. SnyderLigi, 44, of Kerhonkson was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19, and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving following a traffic stop by state police at Wawarsing at 35 42nd St. She was issued tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
