Lloyd

· DWI: Kristen M. Schwall, 31, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and the violation of possession of marijuana. Schwall was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Baltimore

· Drugs: Daniel A. Dempsey, 56, of New Baltimore, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:45 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, at 12800 state Route 9W and charged with the misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property. Dempsey was released with tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.

Olive

· DWI: Christina M. Carey, 34, of Bloomville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:59 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, on state Route 28, and charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and the infraction of speeding. Carey was released with tickets for Olive Town Court.

Wawarsing

· DWI: Robin M. Giammichelle, 36, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, at 57 Samsonville Road, and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and criminal mischief, and with the violation of harassment. Giammichelle’s status was unavailable.
