Cairo
• DWI: Liana M. Ferguson, 25, of Round Top, was arrested at about 11:24 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. Ferguson was arrested on Mountain Avenue in Cairo and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Catskill
• DWAI: Timothy M. Burham, 45, of Albany, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 4, at about 1:40 p.m. with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to state police at Coxsackie. He was arrested on state Route 23 in Catskill and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
• Drugs: Rico Cuyler, also known as Davy Dedshawn, age unavailable, of 75 HopO-Nose, Catskill, was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 5, on a warrant charging him with two counts each of felony sale and possession of a controlled substance, according to the Greene County District Attorney’s Office. The warrant was issued by Greene County Court Judge Terry Wilhelm and the arrest was based on a joint investigation by Catskill village police, the Greene County District Attorney’s Office, state police and the Greene County Sheriff’s Office. Cuyler was arraigned in Greene County Court and sent to jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. Additionally, a felony warrant was lodged against Cuyler by the state of Georgia.
Jewett
• Assault: Michelle J. Williams, 28, of Jewett, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 4, with assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskill. Further information was unavailable.
Lloyd
• Contempt: Melinda L. Mann, 47, of Esopus was arrested Friday, Nov. 30, on a felony charge of criminal contempt, authorities said. Lloyd police said Mann was accused of violating an order of protection issued by Marlboro Town Court. She was arraigned in Lloyd Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
• Assault: Julio C. Otero, 34, of Highland was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 28, on misdemeanor charges of assault and criminal mischief, authorities said. Lloyd police said Otero was arrested following a domestic dispute. He was released on tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWI: Wilce Robles, 52, of Walden, was arrested about 2:06 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Highland. Robles was arrested on U.S. Route 9W in Marlborough, police said.
Olive
• DWI: Daniel J. Bonestell, 61, of Shokan, was arrested about 10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. Bonestell was arrested on state Route 28 in Olive and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
