John P. Jabbour, 64, of Woodstock
WOODSTOCK >> John P. Jabbour, 64, of Woodstock, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018.
John was the son of George J. Borababy and the late Ann (Mosleh) Borababy.
John grew up in Utica, N.Y., and upon high school graduation, he attended the University of North Carolina-Raleigh, where he majored in wildlife biology. John had a passion for football, fishing, hunting, and skiing, and enjoyed the outdoors tremendously. John was the owner of JK’s Wine and Liquor in Kingston, N.Y., and a friendly face to many in the community.
In addition to his father, John is survived by his son, Nicholas M. Jabbour, and his mother, Dianne Jabbour; his brothers, James and George Borababy; and sisters, Ameena Jabbour, Regina Beaulac, and Anne Marie Shore. Along with family and extended relatives, John left behind a legacy of laughter and unforgettable memories that we will treasure forever.
Arrangements are under the guidance of Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home Inc., 27 Smith Ave., Kingston (www. jvleahyfh.com). Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday for a Period of Remembrance from 2 to 5 p.m.
