Town of Ulster
• DWI: Catarina M. Cowden, 27, of Rosendale, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:02 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent following a traffic stop on state Route 32. She was issued tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Catskill
• Drugs: Jessica L. Wormell, 40, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:08 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, following a traffic stop on state Route 32 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was issued a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.
• DWAI-drugs: Heather A. Craig, 41, of Saugerites, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:08 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on state Route 32. Further information was unavailable.
Esopus
• DWI: Robert E. Pagan, 42, of Connelly, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:40 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. He was held pending a court appearance.
Lloyd
• Drugs, obstruction of governmental administration: Thomas Peroni, 44, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:08 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony; criminal possession of a controlled substance and obstruction of governmental administration, both misdemeanors; and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. He was held pending a court appearance.
• Drugs, obstruction of governmental administration: Ralph Polese, 42, of Fishkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:08 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony; criminal possession of a controlled substance and obstruction of governmental administration,
both misdemeanors; and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. He was held pending a court appearance.
• DWI: Dajon L. Hatcher, 28, of Monroe, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:48 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12 and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. He was issued tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Daniel C. Tresvik, 33, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:35 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and refusing to take a breathalizer test, an infraction, following a traffic stop on Plattekill Avenue. He was issued tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.
• DWI: Laura J. Lakin, 23, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:51 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent following a traffic stop on state Route 299. She was issued an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.
