City of Kingston
• DWI: Ryan T. Bradley, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:35 a.m. Sunday on North Front Street and was charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding .08 of one percent. Bradley was also charged with the violation of unlawful marijuana possession and was issued traffic tickets for an illegal signal less than 100 feet and failure to stop at stop sign. Bradley was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
Athens
• DWI: Jose Dominguez, 35, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:43 p.m. Saturday on North Washington Street and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding .08 of one percent. Dominguez was released with an appearance ticket for Athens Village Court.
Hunter
• DWI: Michael Blizniak, 22, of Monroe, New Jersey, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:16 a.m. Sunday on state Route 23A and was charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a bloodalcohol content exceeding .08 of one percent. Blizniak was released with an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Richard A. Kane, 39, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:36 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 44 and was charge with the felonies of drunken driving, previous conviction in 10 years and operating a motor vehicle with a bloodalcohol content exceeding .08 of one percent prior. Kane was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Thomas A. Dolson, 21, of Howells, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:28 a.m. Sunday on State Route 299 and was charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol exceeding .08 of one percent. Dolson was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.
Red Hook
• DWI: James A. Zolko, 30, of Holland Patent, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 8:45 p.m. Saturday on Old Post Road at U.S. Route 9 on a misdemeanor drunken driving charge. He was also issued traffic tickets for moving from lane unsafely, failure to use designated lane, speeding and refusal to take a breath test. Zolko was sent to the Dutchess County Jail on $2,500 bail.
Saugerties
• Criminal mischief/obstructing governmental
administration: Shianne R. Quick, 25, of Glasco, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:50 p.m. Saturday and was charged with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor obstructing governmental administration. She was also charged with the violation of disorderly conduct. Quick was released with an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
Taghkanic
• Drugs: Timothy L. Vail, 23, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 9:10 a.m. Saturday at milepost 80.6 north on the Taconic State Parkway and was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. Vail was released with an appearance ticket for Taghkanic Town Court.
