Gardiner

• DWI: Nicholas Cymbal, 24, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:22 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Arch Street. He was issued tickets to appear in Gardiner Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Uriel Martinez, 34, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:22 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 299. He was issued a ticket to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWI: Kevin P. McHugh, 50, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 3:38 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Wynkoop Lane. He was issued ticket to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court.
