Hyde Park

• Drugs: An 18-year-old Poughkeeps­ie man was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 8:38 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, on state Route 9G and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court. State police do not release the names of suspects under age 19.

Lloyd

• Weapon/assault: A 16-year-old boy was arrested by state police at Highland at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at the Highland Residentia­l Center, 629 North Chodikee Lake Road, and was charged with possession of a weapon and assault, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court. State police do not release the names of suspects under age 19. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Red Hook

• DWI: Samuel G. Exline, 24, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:09 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15, on U.S. Route 9 in the town of Red Hook and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and with the infraction of no or inadequate plate lamp. Exline was released with tickets for Red Hook Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Jovito Pagkalinaw­an, 46, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:31 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, on state Route 28 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and with the infraction­s of failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle and speeding. Pagkalinaw­an was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
