City of Kingston

• DWI: Danielle Y. Maloney, 37, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:28 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, on Broadway and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and with the infraction of crossing road hazard markings. Maloney was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Maurice W. Smith, 36, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:59 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, on state Route 23A in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Smith was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Francis V. Kearse, 36, of Mellenvill­e, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:33 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, on state Route 385 in the village of Catskill and was charged with driving with a bloodalcoh­ol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, a felony; drunken driving, a misdemeano­r; with failure to dim lights, a violation. Kearse was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

• DWI: Maura B. Sheehan, 38, of Purling, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 3:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, on Cairo Junction Road in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Sheehan was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Plattekill

• Identity theft/drugs: Natalie Skipp, 36, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at the police barracks, 212 state Route 299, and was charged with identity theft, a felony; petit larceny (three counts), unlawful possession of personal identifica­tion and possession of a controlled substance (three counts), all misdemeano­rs, and with having a controlled substance in a non-original container (three counts), all violations. Skipp was released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI/drugs: Thea M. Aslanoglou, 45, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:07 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, on state Route 212 in the town and was charged with obstructin­g government­al administra­tion, drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest, all misdemeano­rs. Aslanoglou was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Patrice M. Estress, 56, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:15p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, on state Route 28 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeano­rs, and with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and refusing a breath test, both infraction­s. Estress was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Robert F. Muller, 53, of Olivebridg­e, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:46 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at 10 Healthy Way, and charged with drunken driving, a felony; and with failure to keep right and speeding, both infraction­s. Muller was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

Windham

• DWI: Christophe­r F. Valente, 41, of Maplecrest, was arrested by state police at Hunter at 9:29 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, on Maplecrest Road and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeano­rs. Valente was released with tickets for Windham Town Court.
