DETAILS: Health Quest celebrates Heart Month with a top-rated aerobic activity on Hyde Park Roller Magic’s classic hardwood roller rink. Admission and skate rentals are free. Entertainment includes live music, mascots, a photo booth and more. “Roller skating has tremendous cardiovascular health benefits and is something children and adults can do together,” Dr. Mark Harrison, a cardiologist with The Heart Center, a division of Hudson Valley Cardiovascular Practice, P.C., said in a release announcing the event. No advanced registration is necessary.
