Catskill
· Drugs/assault/weapon: Emily R. Guilzon, 20, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:45 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, and charged with felony assault, the misdemeanors of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon with intent to use, and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Guilzon was jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.
Coxsackie
· Introduction of contraband in prison/drugs: Imani N. Addison, 27, of Rochester, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Greene Correctional Facility, 165 Plank Road in the town, and charged with the misdemeanors of introduction of contraband in prison and possession of a controlled substance. Addison was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town
Court.
· Introduction of dangerous contraband in prison/ possession of drugs with
intent to sell: Kristen Abad, 24, of New York City, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Greene Correctional Facility, 165 Plank Road in the town, and charged with the felonies of introducing dangerous contraband in prison and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Abad’s status was unavailable.
· Introduction of contraband in prison: Vanessa Lozada, 32, of Newark, N.J., was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:15 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Greene Correctional Facility, 165 Plank Road in the town, and charged with the misdemeanors of introduction of contraband in prison and possession of a controlled substance. Lozada was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
· DWI: Michael G. Fallon, 60, of Surprise, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, on Kings Hill-Earlton Road in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Fallon was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Livingston
· Weapon: Zion J. Curtis, 19, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 9:09 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, on state Route 82 and charged with misdemeanor possession of a weapon. Curtis was released with a ticket for Livingston Town Court.
Lloyd
· DWI: Gary J. Christiana, 61, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:02 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, on state Route 299 and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Christiana was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
· DWI: Oleg Gluschenkov, 48, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:10 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, on state Route 299 in the village and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Gluschenkov was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.
New Baltimore
· DWI: Travis W. Zalewski, 28, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:57 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Zalewski was released with tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.
Town of Ulster
· DWI: Yony C. AmayaBuezo, 31, of Oakland, N.J., at 3 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. AmayaBuezo was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
