The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
City of Kingston
• DWAI-drugs/obstructing governmental administration: Rashard Brodhead, 25, of O’Reilly Street, Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police at 3:51 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, after he was seen allegedly passing a stop sign on Cornell Street. When police approached Brodhead he fled on foot and was caught on Field Court and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while ability impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed driving, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrested, and the violations of unlicensed driving and passing a stop sign. Brodhead was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
• Drugs: Marcello Pissioni, 28, of Ellenville, was arrested by Kingston police at 3:41 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, on Downs Street following a report of a “suspicious intoxicated man.” Pissioni was allegedly found with an open alcoholic beverage container. While being arrested on the open container violation, he was found in possession of substances that field tested positive for heroin and ecstacy and was additionally charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Pissioni was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
• Failure to register/verify as a sex offender: Calvin Buford, 49, homeless, was arrested by Kingston police at 2:10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, and charged with the felony of failure to register/verify as a sex offender. He allegedly left his last residence in September and did not notify police as required. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
• Obstruction of breathing: Troy Habersham, 47, of Cedar Street, Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police at 10:27 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15 in connection with an incident on Sept. 20, 2018, and was charged with the misdemeanor of obstruction of breathing and violation of harassment. Habersham was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
• Drugs: Elyse N. Delgado, 29, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, on state Route 23 and charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving. Delgado was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
• Burglary: Michael W. Martinez, 44, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 8:21 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and charged with burglary, a felony. Martinez was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Lloyd
• Obstructing governmental administration: Ashley S. Kane, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Lloyd police on Saturday, Feb. 16, and charged with the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration and attempted criminal mischief after she allegedly physically interfered with police who were conducting an investigation. While under arrest Kane allegedly attempted to kick out the window of a police car. She was arraigned in Lloyd Town Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
• DWI: Traci L. Larson, 52, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday, Feb. 17, on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in Highland and charged with the misdemeanor of drunken driving after the vehicle she was driving was stopped for alleged traffic violations. Larson was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
• DWI: Marie Labropoulos, 39, of Naperville, Ill., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, on state Route 32 and charged with the misdemeanor of drunken driving and the infractions of improper use of flashers, refusing a breath test and drinking in a motor vehicle on a highway. Labropoulos was released from the Ulster County Jail on Tuesday after posting $2,500 bail.
Saugerties
• Drugs: Tiffany A. Curci, 36, of Park Circle, Mount Marion, was arrested by Saugerties police at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, after a traffic stop on Glasco Turnpike and was charged with the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance and the violation of driving an uninspected vehicle. Curci was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Endangering/menacing with a weapon: Kiera Whitaker, 19, of the town of Ulster, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:41 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, in the town of Ulster and charged with the misdemeanors of menacing with a weapon, criminal mischief for damaging property and acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, and with the violation of harassment with physical contact. Whitaker was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
Wawarsing
• Possession of dangerous contraband in prison: Robert Casilla, 26, of Perth Amboy, N.J., was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at the Ulster Correctional Facility and charged with the felonies of possession of dangerous contraband in prison and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Casilla, a prisoner, was returned to the prison with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
• Endangering: William H. Clark, 43, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 10:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, following a dispute and was charged with the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment. Clark was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
