Catskill

• DWI: Derek Smith, 38, of Earlton, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:50 a.m. Sunday, May 12, on state Route 23B and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Smith was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Kyle G. Schoonmaker, 30, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 1:20 a.m. Sunday, May 12, on Cauterskill Road and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both felonies. Schoonmaker was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• DWI: Antoine R. Lingard, 48, of Connelly, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:50 a.m. Sunday, May 12, on U.S. Route 209 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Lingard was released with an appearance ticket for Rochester Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Erica L. Beesmer, 26, of West Hurley, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:59 a.m. Sunday, May 12, on state Route 28, and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Beesmer was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
