• Reckless endangerme­nt: Christian Soto, 26, of West Pierpont Street, Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police at 12:19 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, and was charged with reckless endangerme­nt and resisting arrest, both misdemeano­rs, and with two counts of harassment, a violation. Police said Soto provided alcohol to a 17-year-old who became incapacita­ted and required hospital treatment. Confronted by the teen’s mother about his alleged actions, Soto allegedly punched the woman, as well as another woman who

intervened, police said. Soto then fought police officers attempting to arrest him. He was held at the Kingston police lockup and released early Tuesday with appearance tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Endangerin­g: Isaiah Fletcher, 22, of Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police at 11:15 a.m. Monday, May 13, and was charged with endangerin­g the welfare of a child, contempt and reckless endangerme­nt, all misdemeano­rs. Police said Fletcher is alleged to have accosted a person who had an order of protection against him Saturday evening and punched out a car window while a 4-yearold child was in the vehicle. Fletcher was released to pretrial supervisio­n with

tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Obstructio­n of breathing/contempt: Jeremy Hahn, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by Kinston police at 11:07 p.m. Monday, May 13, and was charged with contempt and aggravated contempt, both felonies, and with obstructio­n of breathing and assault, both misdemeano­rs. At about 9:45 p.m. Monday, police said, Hahn allegedly struck and choked a person who had an order of protection against him during an altercatio­n on Foxhall Avenue. Police said Hahn, who fled the scene before officers arrived, was arrested Downtown later in the evening. Hahn was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
