Comedian Segura coming to UPAC Nov. 6

KINGSTON, N.Y. >> Comedian Tom Segura will perform at the Ulster Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, Nov. 6, as part of his “Take It Down” tour.

The show at UPAC, 601 Broadway, starts at 8 p.m.

Segura, currently on a 100-city tour, is best known for his three Netflix specials, “Disgracefu­l,” “Mostly Stories” and “Completely Normal.” Paste Magazine described him as “having a natural and capable storytelli­ng ability, one that lifts his narratives out of average anecdote fare and plants them firmly in hilarious ground.”

Segura also co-hosts a Podcast,” Your Mom’s House,” with his wife, comedian Christina Pazsitzky, and he appeared in the 2018 film “Instant Family,” which starred Mark Wahlberg and Rose Byrne.

Segura’s television credits include appearance­s on the late-night talk shows of Stephen Colbert and Conan O’Brien and on Comedy Central.

Segura regularly appears the radio show “The Bennington Show” and the podcasts “The Joe Rogan Experience” and “WTF With Marc Maron.”

Tickets for the Nov. 6 show cost $95, $61 and $41. They go on sale to Bardavon/UPAC members at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, aand to the general public at 11 a.m. Friday, July 26.
