The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

Lloyd

• Weapons, menacing: Melissa Morris, 20, of Highland, was arrested on Aug. 10 by Lloyd police and charged with possession of a weapon and menacing, both misdemeanors. Police said Morris threatened another person with a stun gun during a domestic dispute. She was arraigned in Lloyd Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail on $1,000 bail.

• DWI: Adam A. Hurst, 34, of Red Hook was arrested on Aug. 11 by Lloyd police and charged with drunken driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. He was issued

tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Tashina M. Mangrum, 40, of Ulster was arrested on Aug. 11 by Lloyd police and charged with possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. She was issued tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Donavon R. Hewitt, 24, who police said is homeless, was arrested on Aug. 11 by Lloyd police and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and the violation of unlawful possession of marijuana. Authorities said he was also wanted on a bench warrant for petit larceny from the village of Fishkill. He was arraigned and sent to Ulster County Jail on $250 bail.
