The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system:
Kingston
• Drugs: Joshua P. Loeffler, 33, and Samatha G. Delucca, 27, of Kingston, were arrested on Blue Stone Wild Forest Trails 28 at 11 p.m., Aug. 18 and charged by state police at Ulster with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Loeffler was also charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container. They were issued appearance tickets for Kingston Town Court.
Lloyd
• Obstructing governmental administration,
resisting arrest: Esperanza Aguilar, 32, of Highland, was arrested on Aug. 17 by Lloyd police and charged with the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. She was sent to Ulster County Jail on $2,500 bail.
• DWI: James R. Cheney, 30, of Kingston, was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving following a traffic stop by Lloyd police on U.S. Route 9W. He was released to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Tallulah M. Kassell, 21, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Ulster on Washington Avenue at 5:32 p.m. Aug. 18 and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and the violation of unlawful possession of marijuana
Wawarsing
• DWI: Rixey C. Browning, 27, of Accord was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Aug. 18 and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol level of more than .08 percent following a traffic stop by state police at Wawarsing on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55. She was issued appearance tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: Melissa A. Quick, 40, of Napanoch, was arrested at 325 Staton Lane at 9:20 a.m. on Aug. 8 and charged by state police at Wawarsing with felony unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
