Kingston downs Marlboro for 6th victory

Kingston High registered its sixth win of the season in Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association girls swimming and diving Tuesday, defeating Marlboro 85-13.

The Tigers had a trio of double winners with Mallory Sullivan taking the distance freestyle races, Emily McCord the freestyle sprints and Isabella Amaro claiming the butterfly and backstroke.

Individual winners for Kingston were Jeanine Ohene Agyei in the breaststroke and Kalie Boye in diving.

Parker Ball and Angie Vertullo each had a pair of second-place finishes.

Kingston, now 6-2 overall, is home to Roosevelt on Thursday, Oct. 10.
