The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
Catskill
• Grand larceny: Daniel W. Laforge, 37, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at state police barracks, 78 R. McLaren Road Ext. in the town, and charged with felony grand larceny and the violation of harassment. Laforge was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI: Toby Jean M. Marzahl, 49, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, on state Route 23 in the town and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Marzahl’s status was unavailable.
Rosendale
• DWI: Bohdan Mocherad, 47, of Stamford, Conn., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:40 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, on the New York State Thruway and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving and the infraction of a stop/stand/park violation. Mocherad was released with tickets for Rosendale Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Grand larceny: Alexzander T. Smith, 23, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:55 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at 11 Pearl St., and charged with grand larceny, a felony. Smith was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
• Forcible touching/burglary: Mario A. Henderson, 39, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:37 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, and charged with the felony of burglary and the misdemeanor of forcible touching (intimate parts). Henderson was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
