Kingston boys, girls both fourth at invitational
Kingston High had a strong performance Friday at the Greenwich Invitational cross country meet at Saratoga State Park.
In the team’s final tuneup before next Friday’s Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Athletic championships at Bear Mountain, the Tigers saw 26 of their 40 runners earn medals.
Kingston’s varsity boys and girls team both placed fourth, narrowly missing a team trophy. The Tigers’ boys freshman team captured second place.
Luca Maneri was 13th in 17:21 and Kailyn Oreglio took 15th in 20:11 to lead Kingston.
