Catskill

• Burglary: Richard Colon, 39, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 118 Broad St. in the village and charged with the felony of burglary. Colon was sent to the Albany County Jail without bail.

• Assault/weapon: Jessica L. Lopez, 36, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 1:47 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, at 38 Hop O Nose and charged with felony assault and misdemeano­r possession of a weapon with intent to use. Lopez was sent to the Albany County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.

• Contempt: Miguel A. Garcia, 61, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 12:52 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27, at 320 Main St. in the village and charged with felony criminal contempt. Garcia was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

• Drugs: Tommas J. Lifgren, 42, of Hudson, was arrested by Catskill police at 10:05 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, on Broad Street in the village and charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance. Lifgren was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

• Drugs: Michael S. Sussdorff, 33, of Palenville, was arrested by Catskill police at 3:07 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, on West Bridge Street in the village and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and use of drug parapherna­lia. Sussdorff was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

• DWI: Chiragkuma­r M. Patel, 30, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:55 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on state Route 23 (Rip Van Winkle Bridge) and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Patel was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

• DWI: Joyelle L. Webber, 41, of New York, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:19 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on state Route 23 in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Webber was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Hyde Park

• DWI/drugs: David M. Beaupre, 21, of Hopewell Junction, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 2:02 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3, on U.S. Route 9 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Beaupre was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.

Hunter

• DWI: Randall Hoose, 53, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Hunter at 10:24 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on county Route 23A and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Hoose was released with tickets for Hunter Town Court.

Lloyd

• Drugs: Jasmine Z. Abu Omar, 32, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:15 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving. Omar was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Marlboroug­h

• DWI: Richard L. Pratt, 31, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:29 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Pratt was released with tickets for Marlboroug­h Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Parker J. McWilliams, 19, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:32 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on South Manheim Boulevard in the village and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. McWilliams was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.

• DWI: Kathleen M. Dietz, 36, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:16 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3, on Springtown Road in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Dietz was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.

Olive

• DWI: Deborah A. Tsacrios, 67, of Moundsvill­e, West Virginia, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:20 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on state Route 28 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Tsacrios was released with tickets for Olive Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWI: Frederick F. Eder, 54, of Sea Cliff, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:56 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on state Route 199 in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Eder was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Court.

Saugerties

• Strangulat­ion: Tyler Nickolich, 24, of 76 Post St., in the village, was arrested by Saugerties police at 10:10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, and charged with the felony of strangulat­ion. Nickolich was released on his own recognizan­ce with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim. The victim, who passed out after Nickolich allegedly placed his hands around the victim’s neck and applied pressure, was treated by Diaz Ambulance, according to authoritie­s.

• Contempt: Marni Goodstein, 25, of 33 Manor Drive, Woodstock, was arrested by Saugerties police at 10:33 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, on Washburn Farm Road in the town and charged with misdemeano­r contempt of a court order and the violation of trespass. Goodstein was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Brian A. Freligh, 60, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:35 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Freligh was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

• DWI: Eric R. Kozlowski, 52, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:07 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, on Morton Boulevard and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Kozlowski was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWAI-drugs: Kayla C. Heiney, 21, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, after a property damage auto accident on U.S. Route 209 and charged with misdemeano­r driving while ability impaired by drugs and the traffic infraction of leaving the scene of a property damage auto accident. Heiney was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
