City of Kingston
• Drugs: Samantha A. Swanson, 20, of Portland, Oregon, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:35 p.m. Friday, March 13, on Abeel Street and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Angel Gonzalez, 33, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:02 a.m. Saturday, March 14, on Washington Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Roberto A. Flores, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:50 a.m. Saturday, March 14, on Van Buren Street in Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
Gardiner
• Drugs: Mark J. Dygdon, 42, of Bayonne, N.J., was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:05 a.m. Saturday, March 14, on Deer Haven Lane and was charged with four felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, including stimulants and hallucinogenic substances; six felony counts of possession of a forged instrument; and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Greenport
• DWI, Drugs: Christine Rouse, 54, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at New Lebanon at 8:54 p.m. Friday, March 13, on state Route 9G in Greenport and was charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, and with drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for Greenport Town Court.
• Drugs: Sylvester Collins, 60, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at New Lebanon at 10:30 p.m. Friday, March 13, on state Route 23 in Greenport and was charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, and criminal possession of marijuana (greater than 2 ounces), a misdemeanor. He was released pending a court appearance.
Lloyd
• Criminal mischief: William P. Russertt, 73, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:42 p.m. Friday, March 13, on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• Grand larceny: Aimee M. Grossman, 37, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:54 p.m. Friday, March 13, at the state police barracks on U.S. Route 9 and was charged with grand larceny (property valued at more than $50,000) and 12 counts of forgery (deed, will, contract), all felonies. She was released with tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court. Further information was unavailable.
Town of Rochester
• DWI: William P. Zorilo, 51, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:42 a.m.
Saturday, March 14, on Clay Hill Road and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Rochester Town Court.
Saugerties
• Driving without a license: Jaimie L. Caprotti, 30, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:27 a.m. Saturday, March 14, on state Route 32 and was charged with aggravated driving without a license, a felony, and with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.
