• The Bethel Woods Center for the Arts has canceled all pavilion shows planned for the summer of 2020. • Houses of worship in Ulster and Dutchess counties are allowed to operate at 25 percent capacity.

• The town of Ulster transfer station has reopened. Town offices are to reopen July 6. • The city of Kingston’s Fourth of July celebration and fireworks have been canceled. • The Town of Hyde Park has canceled its summer camp program as well as the opening of the Hackett Hill pool for the 2020 season. The town’s Independence Day parade also is canceled.

• Dutchess County Public Transit and Ulster County Area Transit have increased bus service. Go to bit.ly/busresume for details. • Kingston’s Paddle Fest, which usually takes place on the second weekend in June, has been canceled. • The Ulster County Fair, scheduled for Aug. 4-9, has been canceled.

• The Dutchess County Fair, scheduled for Aug. 25-30, has been canceled.

• Hudson Valley Honor Flight has postponed two flights and its annual Lunch of Honor this fall.

• The Phoenicia Library is closed.

• Trailways of New York has resumed bus service between Kingston and New York City, though on a limited basis. • The Athens Performing Arts Corporation has canceled its 2020 summer concert series in Athens Riverfront Park. • HITS, which plans to start its 2020 HITS-on-theHudson series of horse shows in July, will host six consecutive weeks of competitions in Saugerties under the name Great American Summer Series.

• Mohonk Mountain House is scheduled to reopen June 15 with enhanced health and safety protocols.

• Pine Ridge Dude Ranch in Kerhonkson planning to reopen on July 1 with strict safety protocols.

• County courts in Dutchess and Ulster have begun limited reopening. Court proceedings will continue to be done virtually.

• City of Poughkeepsie pools will not be opened for the foreseeable future, and the Fourth of July fireworks event is canceled.

• Opus 40 in Saugerties will be open Thursdays through Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. All guests (no more than five per group) must sign up in advance, and spend no more than two hours on site, to prevent overcrowding. No one will be allowed entry without advance signup, and all indoor spaces will remain closed. Staff will be on site during all open hours to ensure that guests are practicing physical distancing. • The town of Wawarsing will not have summer recreation programs, including Camp Shawangunk, and the town pools will be closed.
