Catskill

• Menacing: Luis D. Fernandez, 44, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:11 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, in the village of Catskill and charged with first-degree menacing, a felony. He was released on his own recognizan­ce.

Coxsackie

• Contraband, Drugs: Diana Flores, 35, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:35 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, in the town of Coxsackie and charged with promoting contraband to prisoners and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeano­rs. She was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

• Contraband, Drugs: Gomez Rosearelis, 22, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:20 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, in the village of Coxsackie and charged with promoting contraband to prisoners, a misdemeano­r. He released with a ticket to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.

Lloyd

• Drugs: Dakota Hardy, 20, of Bellows Falls, Vermont, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:20 a.m. Monday, Aug. 31, in the town of Lloyd and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Milan

• DWI: Michael S. Crosby, 68, of New Lebanon, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 7:05 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, in the town of Milan and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets to appear in Milan Town Court.

Red Hook

• Felony DWI: Stephanie Cowell, 26, of Hyde Park, was arrested by Red Hook Police at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, on U.S. Route 9/ Hannaford Drive in the town of Red Hook and was charged with felony drunken driving, as well as several misdemeano­r traffic violations. She was released on her own recognizan­ce with a future court date.

Shawangunk

• DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation: Armando Campos

Jr., 28, of Pine Bush, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s Office at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29 on Bruyn Turnpike in the town of Shawangunk. He was charged with felony drunken driving and felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, plus the misdemeano­rs of operating a motor vehicle out of compliance with an ignition interlock and restrictio­n and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was arraigned in the Town of Plattekill Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. A jail officer said Monday that he had been released.
