City of Kingston
• DWI: Joseph J. McLaren, 26, of Bloomington, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. McLaren was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
• Aggravated family offense: Mark W. Denton, 22, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:05 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, and was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal mischief (damaging a motor vehicle), both felonies. Denton was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
• Aggravated unlicensed
driving/weapon: David W. Quickenton, 30, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:59 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving with alcohol, a felony, and with drunken driving, possession of a weapon (firearm), resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration, all misdemeanors. Quickenton was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI: Carmen J. Nero, 62, of Ancram, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 12:40 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the town of Greenport and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Greenport Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI: Meghan F. Ricketts, 40, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:33 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Ricketts was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Carlos S. Louis, 48, of Vails Gate, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:07 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Louis was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Grzegorz Maczka, 34, of Garfield, N.J., was arrested by state police at Albany on the New York State Thruway at 1:24 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Maczka was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
