Catskill

• Drugs: Joshua I. Zimmerman, 27, of Hopewell, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:29 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27 on state Route 32A in the town of Catskill and charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance (125 milliliter­s of a hallucinog­en). He was released with a ticket to appear at Catskill Town Court.

Hyde Park

• DWI: Dawud S. Ward, 43, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:50 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, in the town of Hyde Park and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.

Lloyd

• Drugs: Rebecca Cotton, 37, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:25 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Lloyd and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeano­rs. She was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Jason M. King, 39, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Lloyd and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Marlboroug­h

• DWI: Kevin Linsig, 56, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:40 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Marlboroug­h and charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets to appear in Marlboroug­h Justice Court in Milton.

Town of Ulster

• Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Criminal Contempt, Drugs: Anthony Peretta, 32, of Kerhonkson, and Mikayla N. Mellin, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:45 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, on state Route 28 in the town of Ulster. Peretta was charged with criminal possession of marihuana (more than twoounces), a misdemeano­r. Mellin was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and criminal contempt (disobeying a court order), both misdemeano­rs. Peretta and Mellin were issued tickets to appear in Town of Ulster Court.
