Catskill

• Drugs: Michael G. White, 30, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the village of Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.

• DWI: Randolf M. Diaz, 56, of Whitestone, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:23 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Coxsackie

• Drugs: Todd R. Luther, 57, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the town of Coxsackie and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies, along with criminal use of drug parapherna­lia (scales), a misdemeano­r. He was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.

Marbletown

• Obstructio­n of breathing: Matthew W. Robbins, 59, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the town of Marbletown and was charged with criminal obstructio­n of breathing, a misdemeano­r. He was released with a ticket to appear in Marbletown Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWAI, DWI: Dylan T. Comerford, 24, of Phoenicia, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 3:20 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, after a reported rollover accident on state Route 212 and was charged with drunken driving and driving while while ability impaired by drugs or alcohol, both misdemeano­rs.. He was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court, where his license was suspended, and was released with tickets to reappear in Saugerties Town Court at a later date.

Wawarsing • DWI:

Megan Olivera, 29, of High Falls, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
