Hurley

• DWI: Dimitre Gueorguiev, 45, of Staten Island, was arrested at about 12:04 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, in Hurley and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, according to state police at Ulster. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Marlboroug­h

• DWI: Kole E. Burger, 25, of Newburgh, was charged Sunday, Feb. 7, with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, in Marlboroug­h, according to state police at Highland. He was issued an appearance at about 9:25 p.m., police said.

Red Hook

• DWI: Sara C. Stokes, 38 of Tivoli, was arrested Saturday, Feb. 6, at 6 p.m. on Linden Avenue in Red Hook and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicate­d, both misdemeano­rs, as well as the infraction of speeding, according to the Red Hook Police Department. She was released after being issued tickets, the department said.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Michael J. Lavallo, 61, of Tillson, was charged Saturday, Feb. 6, at about 4 p.m. with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, and the traffic infraction of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said they responded to state Route 213 and Mountain Road in the town of Ulster on a report of a single-car property damage automobile accident. Following an investigat­ion, Lavallo was arrested, the sheriff’s office said. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court, deputies said.
